News and Events

We are doing many hands on activities in the library.  The kids are using building blocks to construct what ever they think of to build.  Building towers and buildings stacking cups, using sticks and blocks.  They will soon start using Keva Planks to construct towers and other scenes.  The students are also doing the Osmo using Coding, Tangrams, Words, Numbers.  We are doing Code.org so we can get ready to go out in the workplaces when we grow up.  The kids really love the hands on learning!!

Our 3rd - 5th graders are learning to be good digital citizens with the help of Google's 'Be Internet Awesome!' program.  Lessons include "Share with Care", "Don't Fall for Fake", "Secure Your Secrets", "It's Cool to be Kind", and "When in Doubt, Talk it Out".

Coming soon- CCBOE District Wide OverDrive online library.  Will be good for our students to be able to access at home to read some very good books.  Will announce when it is ready!

Look at our photo album for some designs.
